Form 2210, line 10, column a, is supposed to draw the value from Form AI, line 27-a (when Box C is checked). The software is drawing the value from column b (second quarter) instead of column a (first quarter), erroneously saying I owe a much higher penalty than I actually owe. I can override the incorrect value, but that throws an error saying I shouldn't override it when e-filing.

For clarification: the software is drawing the incorrect value from line 21, column b, instead of line 27, column a. When I click on Data Source (for line 10 on Form 2210), it takes me to the correct line (Form AI, line 27) and value (a), but the wrong value (line 21-b) remains on Form 2210, line 10.
Another error in Schedule AI, line 7. It's supposed to be the amount from line 12-C of Form 1040-SR, but it's pulling in only the Senior standard deduction from line 12a, not the sum of 12a+12b.
My problem is on Form 1040 Line 37 Amount you own: subtract line 33 ($37282) from line 24 ($41504): $4224.
The correct result should be $4222, not $4224.
The difference is due to rounding of the numbers. You can review the prior entries to see where the difference is.

But the numbers are displayed in intergers. $2 difference seems too big.
@promise6 Do you have $2 on line 38 for a penalty? That adds to 37.
You are right. I did not see that far, Thanks.
