How do I re-download the Turbotax 2021 Deluxe windows installer?

How do I re-download the Turbotax 2021 Deluxe windows installer when it is not in my account?  I have a new PC and can't see 2021 available for download in my account.  I purchased this from Amazon.com and have the receipt as proof of purchase.  Thanks in advance.
