How do I pay my taxes if I need an extension?

I am currently waiting on a W-2 form but I may receive it too late. How do I make sure I pay the right amount to avoid refund claims and interest on unpaid taxes?

Enter a "Test" W-2 using these suggestions:

• If you have your last paycheck stub, enter it to get a good estimate. 
• If you don't have your last paycheck stub, check your bank account if you deposited your checks or if you got direct deposit for an estimate of what you got paid. 
• Otherwise, do a best guess estimate of what you think you got paid.
