Then when you file your tax return choose not to e-file the state. Choose print and mail for the state return. But even if you mail the state return you will need to attach your W-2 to it.
really don't understand what you mean by two times. if you e-file only the W-2 info you entered gets transmitted. if you mail you must attach the W-2 and if it differs from what you entered expect a letter from In. a copy of the W-2 the employer filed with the SSA gets sent to In and so that gets compared also
