On a W-2, that is not a calculated number that you have to figure out.
That value is what the employer actually withheld from your pay and sent to the state for you as a prepayment for the state taxes for the year. IF the employer didn't withhold any state taxes, then that box will be blank.....and you leave it that way and continue on.
