How do I import “it’s deductible” into the turbo tax app?

I don’t see any links or buttons. It only gives me the option to be guided or enter manually.

How do I import “it’s deductible” into the turbo tax app?

Thanks for trying to help by replying!

All 4 of those methods that you link, apply to using turbo tax online on a computer/laptop. I’m specifically asking about how to do it when you are using the TurboTax app on an iPhone. I’ve checked in the community for a few hours, googled for a few hours and finally found a workaround with a TurboTax specialist after we both spent about 45 minutes trying different things.

Essentially you can’t do it from the app, ugh. You need to open up a browser, preferably chrome, go to the website, login and hunt around on TurboTax for the import link and import. Once you have completed and checked your deductions you can logout and the go back to the app and proceed with the rest of your taxes. The deductions will show up once the app syncs with the TurboTax cloud.

Note: to the TurboTax software developers, PLEASE FIX AND PUT A SOLUTION ON THE APP AND IN A PLACE THAT FLOWS WITH THE DONATION PROCESS, thanks.

I have tried this too for years, unsuccessfully.  IT IS FRUSTRATING!!!!  Something so functionally simple, when both products are made by the same company, SHOULD NOT BE DIFFICULT.  If another survey pops in TurboTax I will give you the lowest rating possible.

How do I import “it’s deductible” into the turbo tax app?

Scroll down when you get to the “My tax breaks” table. There is a “More tax breaks” button below the table. Once you press the more breaks button search for charitable donations and there you will see the start button and from there the import question comes up.
