What is the problem?  Did you get the Desktop program installed and activated with the 16 digit License Code?

I've tried 2 different phone numbers and each has worked.  Turbo Intuit is [phone number removed].  TurboTax is [phone number removed].  Depending on what kind of advice you want - questions about using Turbo, or tax questions - you may not get the agent  you want.   Keep that in mind and maybe ask whoever answers if they can help for your questions.
