To get your TurboTax activation code accepted, make sure you are using the 16-digit code from your confirmation email or TurboTax package if you purchased it at a retail location. Also, make sure you are signed into and verify you are signed into the correct, corresponding Intuit account.
If you are using a Desktop product, you can copy-paste the code form your email. Double-check for any typos. Make sure you are not using the code for the wrong version of TurboTax (i.e. TurboTax Desktop vs Online), and check for typos if you manually entered your license code.
