I was almost done with my Premier. Then I realized I needed home and business. So I paid the $10.88 to upgrade and received a receipt. I cannot locate it anywhere. How do I delete my current return and start over with the upgrade, so I don't miss anything.

If you are using TurboTax CD/Download and you purchased the upgrade, your product should display TurboTax Home & Business on the upper left corner of the screen when you open the program.
To start a new tax return, select File > New Tax Return in the upper left corner. To delete an existing .tax data file, please review the following link(s) and the link(s) embedded on the webpage(s) for more information:

that does not help. i have not purchased the update/upgrade. How do you do it
i do not like robots and that is what your reply is
the question is how..... he did not purchase the upgrade. so robot how do you upgrade.
No one is a robot here. We are other users like you. If you are using desktop software and you need to upgrade, simply look up in the right corner of the screen when you are working on your return. From right to left you will see "Community", then "Help Center." Next is a green circle with an arrow pointing upward--it says "Upgrade." Click it to upgrade to a higher version.
Also note, @m-deno , you don't want to delete your current return. If you choose to start a new return, do so and at some point save it, but use a different filename. Last, there is no reason why you should not actually continue with your existing return and simply use the upgraded tools to review and/or go over the necessary sections that need to be. No reason to create so much work for yourself, imo.
I am using the Premier version and I need upgrade to the Home and Business. When in my tax information I do not see a Community nor a Green circle. Going right to left I see Help, Search, and Bookmarks. What am I doing wrong?

The answer provided was from several years ago, so the software has changed.
When using the 2020 desktop editions look at the bottom right of the desktop program screen. There is a link labeled Upgrade TurboTax.
However, it is not necessary to upgrade if you chose not to do so. All of the desktop editions include the exact same forms, schedule and worksheets. The only difference is you get more help and guidance as you upgrade.
I just purchased an upgrade from Basic to Standard. How do I download an install it ?
I should not have to ask the question..Tks
