If you are referring to payment of federal taxes owed in a prior year, that is not reported on a federal tax return.

Or are you referring to some other type of payment?

If you have tax withholding on your pay it will be on your W2 box 2 and show up on 1040 line 25a. Or what/how did you pay it in?
