You notified me by EMAIL of what you would charge me yet my BANK STATEMENT clearly shows TWO separate FEES for TURBOTAX services- I want a REFUND not to mention the BANK FEES such a mistake has costed me- I will reach out for a SUPERVISOR to fix this!
