Most likely you entered something incorrectly.  Check your income and tax withholding amounts that you entered and look for misplaced decimals and extra zeros.

Especially if you  uploaded any forms using a Picture or PDF file....those types of form "uploads" can result in massive errors.....so go back to any income forms you entered, and "edit" them to make sure every value is correct vs your paper copy.

Tax form "imports" that come directly into the software from financial providers are "usually" correct, but you must still check the values after importing them....also you may need to answer some follow-up questions that the imports did not deal with.
