1. Sign in to TurboTax Online if you're not already signed in.
2. Select Help in the upper-right corner, and then Contact us.
3. Enter your question, select Let's talk, and then follow the onscreen instructions to call us, get a callback, or schedule a call (options vary depending on your question).
   • Free Edition (without PLUS): When you select Talk to a specialist, you'll be asked to add PLUS benefits first.

Thanks you but yes, I have already requested a call and it had an estimate of 120 minutes to receive a call back. It has been more than that and I am afraid of requesting again at the risk of losing my original "spot" in line.

Hi @noelperez18, you might also want to consider filing an extension with TurboTax Easy Extension if you haven't heard back.
