You are posting from Live Deluxe. If that is what you used to prepare your federal return then you have to pay to prepare a state return. It is not free. The way to do it for free would be to go to your state's tax web site and get the forms to prepare by hand. Have a copy of your federal return in front of you -- you will need it.
