No, you can't if you are using TurboTax Online.

If you use TurboTax Online, you'll need to create another TurboTax to file for another person.

If you use TurboTax CD/Download, you can prepare an unlimited number of returns and e-file up to 5 federal returns.

When you use online TurboTax you get one return per fee.  If you use the same account and user ID for a second return, the second return overwrites the first one and you lose the first one forever.

You can use the same email for up to five accounts, but each user needs their own account and user ID.
