How do I erase everything and start over? Is there a way to do this without going into each individual option and deleting it?

I was just putting figures into estimate, and now I need to erase everything and start over.

I go to make sure all info is correct, and it says fix return. I type in the information it says and then a new error pops up saying to delete that info. How can I fix it
