How do I enter the LICENSE CODE from a CD that was purchased

Do you have the License Code?  You can not use it for the Online web version.  Have you installed the CD Desktop program?  On Windows or Mac?

You first install the program.  Then when you launch the program it should pop up the Activation box to enter the code.

Same question from me - If I purchased a used CD (with 3 filings remaining) but the license code is not included, how do I obtain it?

The license code is entered in the License code box on the activation screen.  Select continue after you enter the code to complete the installation.

@betofs44 Why did you post the license code?  This is a public forum so remove the code.  Return to your post and click on the 3 dots in the upper right of the post to Edit your message and remove the code.

You just posted your license code in this public Internet forum where anyone can use it.  Do not post any personal info here in public.   You can edit your posting above by clicking on the tiny blue 3-dot icon to the right of your comment and choosing EDIT.   It's possible a Moderator may remove it before you do.

What's your story?   Did you purchase a CD somewhere but want to download an installation file instead?

Or did you buy a download from the TurboTax website and want to know how to retrieve it?
