How do I enter sales of an ESPP that were bought in a previous year?
We have received both a form 3922 and what looks to be a brokerage statement. The first sale of the year was from stocks that were purchased on 12/31/15. Do I use the previous year's 3922 to enter this purchase information?

The Form 3922 is the correct form to use to help you determine your basis in the stock you sold. You enter the 1099-B that you should receive mid to late February using the "Stocks, Mutual Funds, Bonds, Other" interview.
