Income from what?  Did you get a tax form like a W2 or 1099?

if you're asking about form 8962 you do not enter household income. you only need to enter the Adjusted Gross Income of those you claim as dependents. that number would come from their tax returns. they don't file then it'szero.  Turbotax tax adds your AGI to theirs to come up with household income.
