Click "View" > "Forms"

In the forms window on the left, Under "Form 1040: Individual", click "Info Wks"

Yes, you can update or correct your EIN.

It sounds like you are in the Desktop/CD version of TurboTax.

You will be using the Step by Step feature to post the information.

1. On the top menu bar select Personal Information. 
2. Get Started with your taxes - Continue
3. Your Personal Info Summary will come up.
4. Edit your EIN/Social Security Number.
