Under Delete a Form, look for Form 8962 (that's where the 1095-A is entered) under Federal. If Form 8962 is there, select Delete.
Ours just got rejected and everytime I go in and click no...save changes and come back to verify....it states yes again
hi ,did you finally figure out how to fix this? having same problem.
E-file reject F8962-070 happens when your return is missing Form 1095-A.
The IRS compares the information you enter on your return with what they have in their database.
Your tax return gets rejected when the information on the return does not match or missing from what IRS has in their database
If you or anyone in the tax return had insurance with the marketplace you should get 1095-A and input the information.
Sign in to your healthcare.gov account and download 1095-a if you did not receive it from the marketplace already.

I called healthcare.gov as my taxes were rejected twice ....and of course I found out that someone managed to open insurance in my name in Miami Gardens,FL ....I live in Jersey... So there's that...
As mentioned before ..my advice is to call healthcare.gov first to verify if anything was submitted in your name/SSN and then go from there
You may want to report ID Theft since other areas of your information may be impacted. Here is a TurboTax help article with steps that you can take to protect your identity.
this is the same thing happening to me in 2022 tax filing. AND i have spent $40 trying to file state. Each time fed and state rejects. ANDNATURNALLY THERE IS NO LIVING PERSON TO TALK TO AT TURBO TAX. I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR 20 YEARS NEVER THIS PROBLEM AND NO SOLUTION.
It was such a pain for me....so I decided to just pick up the phone and call the health marketplace number
Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (except holidays)
sorry it's soo big (copy and pasted)
but come to find out someone was able to take out Blue Cross Blue Shield health insurance in my maiden name in a state I lived in years ago... So this may be a route to try
unfortunately, my information has been in multiple security breaches and unbelievable things like this can happen
Good Luck
i don’t see the 1095a form to delete it. does it have another num
i can not find the form i need to delete. help me please
I don't know your full situation but for my issue....after conforming with the correct individuals , I was able to receive a 1095 A ...if it's asking for one than you will need to investigate....my issue was with fraud and someone opening a Healthcare account therefore a corrected form had to be submitted
There are a couple of reasons why this can happen. Please try these workarounds. The first will clear the form. From time to time, it will come back. Then use the other alternatives. To find where the 1095-A is posted:
On the sidebar select Deductions & Credits
A second alternative is:
Always use extreme caution when deleting your tax return.
There could be unintended consequences.
The IRS is rejecting returns because they believe you or someone on your return had insurance through the marketplace. If you did have insurance through the marketplace in 2020, you may still just be on their list.
The workaround is to enter $1 for the 1095-A. This will not affect anything on your return but having the form there may get the IRS to accept your return.
To do this take the following steps:

TurboTax is such a joke, it's like they force you to pay for the premium account just to do simple things like delete form 1095-A. They have instructions on how to delete forms, but guess what? There's no option to delete form 1095-A if you accidently put that in. This is one reason why I went with a different tax program last year. I shouldn't have to delete EVERYTHING that I've put in on my tax forms just to get rid of one form. Bye, TurboTax, Bye. I won't make the same mistake next year again by using your program.
Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen
Click on Tools
Click on Delete a form
Already tried that just like everyone else on this thread having the same issue. Once you click on delete forms, there's no choice in deleting that form. You can edit/add but not delete
