How to remove the Pay from your Refund fee
What is the status of my account?
How do I pay the $70 ?
Why do you ALWAYS make things more difficult to use?
Thank you,
Sheila Groves
PS.
I belong to a credit union and if I remember they charge a lower amount. Why do you not automatically give the discount to people who continue to use you
You do not understand what I am trying to say.
1. Is the $70 already paid? So the disk will be sent to me/
2. That is what I need to know.
3. You keep making things difficult. Why?????

@sheila_groves You are adding your question to a thread that was last posted to in February and getting frustrated because it has not been answered yet. This is not live chat. When you post a question to the user forum you wait until someone can answer you.
You seem to be saying you expected a CD to be sent---are you an Advantage member? Did they email you and have you seen a charge on your credit card?
You also mentioned wanting a discount because you belong to a credit union. In order to get an affiliate discount you have to purchase the software through the link on that affiliate's web site.
The fees online right now are early bird discount fees which will increase in March. You might want to compare those to the discount you want.

You can also purchase the CD/download from various retailers such as Costco, Amazon, Walmart, Best Buy, Staples, Sam’s Club, etc. etc. etc.
This link Where can I obtain authentic TurboTax software? has a list of authorized TurboTax resellers.
When you use desktop software, there is an additional fee to e-file a state return. You can avoid that fee if you print, sign and mail the state return. The state e-file fee is $19.99 and increases in March.
