In order to remove TurboTax Deluxe, you will need to use the clear and start over feature which is not available on the mobile app. What you can do is sign in at TurboTax.com with your mobile app login (User ID and password) to access the clear and start over feature to downgrade and once you have removed TurboTax Deluxe you can then go back to the TurboTax mobile app and continue your return.

The only way to downgrade is to clear and start over if you have not already paid. Once you have already paid, if you do not need TurboTax Deluxe, then call in and request the billing adjustment.
