You cannot attach pdf documents to an e-file. If the IRS wants additional information from you they will send you a letter to request it.

Currently, documents cannot be attached to an e-filed tax return. If you must include a document then the tax return can only be printed and mailed.

I had a claim of right of repayment for $25,000 on my 2024 return. The return was filed last week, however I think I may need to add documentation to support it?
