How do I apply a rebate recovery credit? I know I use form 1040. How does this work on TurboTax?

In the TurboTax program you will be asked about any stimulus payment you received in 2020 or did not receive after completing the Other Tax Situations section.

TurboTax does ask a series of questions at the end of completing your 2020 return to determine if you are to get the recovery credit. 
clarification needs to be added regarding if only some members of the household got the stimulus and some did not or if a member got it but it was issued to a different parent etc. but it is there in the filing.
