If you are asking how to take a deduction for what you pay in uniform costs, unfortunately, that option is no longer available to you. Employee business expenses were repealed with the 2017 TCJA. You may however be able to take them on your state return.

If you are an employee, you cannot deduct your uniform expense as job-related expenses are not deductible for tax years 2018 to 2025 (per the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2018).
If you are self-employed, your uniform expense is deductible as a miscellaneous expense.
Employee business expenses are not deductible on a federal tax return for tax years 2018 thru 2025. Except for Armed Forces reservists, qualified performing artists, fee-basis state or local government officials, and employees with impairment-related work expenses.
Your state may still allow the deduction ... fill in the employee business expenses section if they do :
Form 2106 (Employee Business Expenses) is used for employees' unreimbursed travel, meal, entertainment, and transportation expenses (including DOT per diem). Form 2106-EZ is a simplified version.
Tip: In most cases, the IRS won't let employees deduct commuting costs. More info
