Since you updated the credit card on your Advantage subscription today, that update is not retroactive for the 2021 software. It will be effective for the 2022 software you will receive next year in November.
You will need to purchase one of the 2021 TurboTax CD/Download desktop editions from this website - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/cd-download/
