Even if Support was open no one can help you ... this is something you need to do for yourself ... hopefully you mailed the return to the correct address as listed on the filing instruction page ... then check with the state to find out the progress ....

What exactly do you mean by "my Kansas federal return?" Do you mean your federal Form 1040 that you file with the IRS--and you just happen to live in Kansas? You say you mailed it. Where did you mail it to? Did you use a service like UPS or certified mail to track it so you would know it was received?
Did you mail it to the right address to the IRS?

TurboTax does not get updates on mailed returns. Wait about 4 weeks from when you mail a return and then you can check the status on the IRS site. https://www.irs.gov/refunds
You must use the exact refund amount from line 20a of your Form 1040 to track your return on the IRS site.
You mentioned Kansas, which makes us wonder if you mailed your federal return and Kansas state return together to the state of Kansas. If you did that, then Kansas would likely just shred or throw out the federal return. Federal and state returns do not get mailed together to the same place.
