I tried this and it led me to an automated call that only gave me three options, none of which allowed me to speak to a real person or solve this issue.
Edit: Nevermind, I tried again and just stayed on the line for a while and it transferred me to a representative. I'm just waiting now for the callback.
This is the public user forum. No one here can access your account or authorize any sort of refund for you. You can make your request with Customer Support. Use the word ”billing” instead of the word “refund.”
