How can I contact Intuit?

I have no issues with filing taxes. I know how to. I need software side support. At a certain point the website stops loading . If I click "Continue" on the "Your final numbers" the Turbotax online,  software does nothing past that. I am basically stuck in a loop  in the review your taxes section.

Im not going to pay the $29 for Plus benefits. Youre crazy. Any other way to forward this on, how shady of a company to not provide actual support for their products.'

If you are using the TurboTax online Free edition, that does not offer live support from a TurboTax agent.  You would have to upgrade to the Plus edition for live support.

If you are using one of the TurboTax desktop editions there is no need to upgrade since all the editions have support available.

Try using the web links provided to access support.

Or—-Use this IRS site for other ways to file for free.  There are 8  free software versions available from the IRS Free File site

How very informal that I have to go on twitter and @ mention them to get any software side support. Such a crock.

Let's ignore the fact that Intuit does not care about their software then right?

Several people have found somewhat similar problem.

The issue for them was that their state forms could not actually be filed this early in the tax season.

If you take out your state forms, or indicate they were not to be filed now, then perhaps you might be able to continue on to e-file your Federal taxes, and come back in a few weeks to file the state forms.

Buit I can't know if will work in your/every case.
