TurboTax accounts cannot be deleted. You can clear and start the return over if you have not registered, paid or e-filed. But if it is too late for that, then you can just abandon the account and start over in a new online account. Nothing will happen with the old one.

Made a serious mistake in buying the Online version instead of the Standard download version. I want to get rid of the the Online return completely and start over with the Standard version. TurboTax will not let me download the Standard version and I can't delete the Online version.
