How can I attach a document to my 2023 tax return and send it to IRS?

I didn't change any dollar amounts but need to attach a form to the previously accepted tax return.

If you e-filed the 2023 tax return, you cannot attach a document to the return.

Only send it if the IRS asks you to. They will mail you a letter if they want more information.
