Is your total household resources over $67,300?

Is the taxable value of your home is over $154,000. 

If yes to either, you would not be eligible.

No, I am clearly eligible. The form already has numbers in the fields and they're wrong but I can't change them.

If you're in TurboTax Online, you could delete the Homestead Property Credit form.

Then close the program, clear your Cache and Cookies, and go back to that section.

If that doesn't resolve your issue, you can Delete your Michigan Return, and re-create it.
