Hmm... it looks like we’ve hit a slight snag

I get this error when I'm trying to access the Payment step for my e-file fees.

This is on the Turbotax Desktop 2024 Premier product.

At the Payment step, it opens up a small window where you can enter your contact info, then the credit card info.
This error always comes up just before the credit card page. I cannot get past it. Any suggestions?

Try closing TurboTax, clear your Cache and Cookies if you are using TurboTax Online, and reopen TurboTax.  You can also try a different browser.

Also, make sure you have run all updates.

If using TurboTax Online: Clear your cache and cookies. See this FAQ, for your particular browser.

If using TurboTax Desktop: Please see this FAQ.

Received this same message during e-filing.  Have been unsuccessful at getting customer service to resolve this issue.  Apparently it has happened in the past.  Can’t belief this has not been addressed. I was told today that it is not with Turbo Tax software but rather the billing third party.  I was told to keep trying.  I have been trying for 2 days with no progress.  Any suggestions appreciated.

Please call Customer Service and tell them you have a "block payment issues, possibly due to billing or an invalid license" and the agent should be able to help you. Here is how you reach customer service:  Turbo Tax Customer Service
