Hi, Why am I receiving emails that Action is required, to finish and file my taxes? TurboTax would not permit me to E-file, so I printed and mailed them a few weeks ago

The TurboTax site in my account is even confirming that the filing is complete and shows a Refund amount. Please confirm that my taxes are completed, or, how to specifically proceed. I definitely would prefer to e-file them and get my return asap. Thank you.

If you printed and mailed them then you are done.  Do not efile.  Ignore the emails to finish.  You can't file again.  Maybe you have another account?  That's common.

Or maybe the emails are for someone else?  Maybe they typed their email address wrong and got yours by mistake.
