Hi - when will they deduct what I owe for federal taxes out of my bank account ?

If you indicated on your tax return that you want the IRS to pull your tax due from your bank account, it will happen when the IRS processes your return and does it. This is a very busy time, so give it a few days. Watch your own bank account--that is the only way you will know. TurboTax is not involved in any way.
