Hi, I have applied for ITIN for my spouse by filing paper return for federal. How can I file state tax return now? Will it be processed without the spouse's ITIN?

You will have to wait until you get her ITIN number to file your state return.  Your state return will have to be mailed, make sure that you write her ITIN number on the return before you mail it.  For information on how to print your state return see the following TurboTax help article:
