First person did basic troubleshooting and told me to try again later
The other person told me to start over and exited the chat when I didn't even get a chance to say anything else.
This customer support is horrendous.
Nobody was able to figure this out but the solution was to download the Desktop version, redo my tax return then file that way.
I still can't do anything when I log into my account online and TurboTax thinks I still need to file my return.
Were you able to efile from the Desktop program AFTER Oct. 16, 2023?
