My taxes were submitted and rejected THREE TIMES. I have tried to get help from Turbotax to no avail. I want to talk to someone on how to fix the problem. Message is that the employer EIN does not match IRS records. Not true EIN is correct. Having failed to get help from Turbotax I have a meeting Monday March 14 with the local IRS to turn in my tax return to them. WHERE IS THE HELP FROM TURBOTAX???

Turbotax was NO help at all. You're message was the EIN was wrong. It was not. The correct EIN was entered from the W-2s. My attempts to contact Turbotax for help were met with a dead end. The only phone numbers I was able to find led me to Turbotax Canada, No help. I fixed the problem on my own by checking the Control Number which was incorrect. Once I fixed that the return was accepted. Your guidance was incorrect and there was no way to contact you for help. YOU NEED A USER FRIENDLY WAY TO CALL YOU FOR HELP.
