Help! Why won’t my transaction names transfer over?

I’ve had mint for a couple years now. The transactions always had names the way they are on my credit card statement but when I put in my new card THEY ALL DISAPPEARED!!! All it says is transaction and the amount. No description or anything. I can’t tell the difference between any of them and now my categories are a mess and nothing will self organize… Please help!!
