I’m still waiting for the 1095 form corrected from the insurance market place. They investigate on my case cause it seems like they found I had 2 insurance coverage. Witch is incomprehensible. So I miss this form to prepare my taxe for 2022. Thank you to answer me.

If you have marketplace insurance, form 1095-A is required by the IRS to process your return. The IRS will reject an e-filed return, if the form is absent from the tax return.

The marketplace will send you a corrected form when you request it. They do not file a corrected copy with the IRS. You might need to contact the IRS if you continue to have this problem.
