How do I report the excess Roth-IRA contribution and recharacterization in TurboTax?

The 2020 code JP must be entered into your *2019* amended tax return.

I inherited an IRA and missed the minimum required distribution. Because I'm not 73, turbotax online won't prompt me to start a Form 5329. How can I enter a 5329?
