How do I report the excess Roth-IRA contribution and recharacterization in TurboTax?

The 2020 code JP must be entered into your *2019* amended tax return.

TurboTax is telling me that my spouse had excess Traditional IRA excess contributions of $6618. That is not true. There were no excess contributions. How do I fix this?
