You will file a schedule C.
You have self-employment income. You are an "independent contractor" so when you do your taxes you will need to pay self-employment tax for Social Security and Medicare. And you will need to prepare a Schedule C for any expenses you have had like supplies, tools, mileage on your vehicle, etc.
