Head of household is not an option for me to choose on my filing status

Why isn't head of household coming up as an option for me to choose with my filing status?

If you qualify as Head of Household, when you enter your filing status (single or married filing separately) into Personal Info, and then enter your qualifying dependent, TurboTax will offer HOH as your filing status.

Did you first enter your qualifying related dependent and then go to the personal information fining status section and select HOH and answer the qualifying questions?
