I haven't been able to connect with National Financial Services (Avantax) through Turbo Tax. When I put in my information, it tries to have a secure connection and just beeps. Has anyone had this issue? What have you done to resolve it? (I'm on a Mac too.. and have updated my turbo tax regularly). Thank you for your help! The past years it has always worked!

Thanks. I'm using a Mac and have the downloaded version of Turbo Tax. I was able to import from my other bank, but National Financial Services is not working. I can't get passed the secure connection screen. Any other possible ideas? Appreciate the help!
There was an update last night that MAY have solved your issue. Make sure you have the most updated software and try again.
