If it's blank, it's probably too soon for you to request it for this tax year. The IRS asks that you allow specific frames of time before requesting a transcript. And the availability of the transcript is based on the method you used to file your return (e-file or mailed it), as well as if you owed taxes or are expecting a refund.
Examples: If you e-filed on January 28th and expecting a refund, you need to allow 2-3 weeks after the return was e-filed before you request a transcript. And if you mailed that return on January 28th, expecting a refund; you need to allow 6-8 weeks after you mail it before you request transcript.
"Q9. How long must I wait before a transcript is available for my current year tax return?
If you filed your tax return electronically, IRS's return processing takes from 2 to 4 weeks before a transcript becomes available. If you mailed your tax return, it takes about 6 weeks. If you didn’t pay all the tax you owe, your transcript may not be available until mid-May or a week after you pay the full amount owed."
