Hard drive crash - lost my TurboTax activation - now cannot activate my paid product!

Thanks to a computer problem, I lost my installed TurboTax. I reinstalled it but now I cannot activate it.

Solution? Things to try?

How does one talk to a live human being about this sort of problem?
