For the Digital assets question "Did you have crypto,NFTs, or Other digital assets? " shoulkd I say 'NO' if I only bought a crypto fund (Fidelity) and did not sell anything

You would answer No because you purchased, but did not sell, digital assets using U.S. or other real currency, including through electronic platforms. See Digital assets.
