Frustration

I've used Turbotax since the 90s and now you've made it so complicated.  I just want to use my license code.  No clear instructions on how to do that without the CD we use to get.  Looking at the comments and everyone is asking the same question and I can't see where they are getting clear answers. Would you like to try to provide a clear answer?
